Complete a 75-hour Broker Pre-License course
Pass the Course Exam
Pass the License Exam
Affiliate with a FIRM and be supervised by a BIC

Broker Post Licensing

All new brokers must take 3-30 hr Post Licensing classes, in any order, within 18 months of getting their license.

CE is required every license year, after the brokers first license renewal. CE consistes of a 4-hr Update and a 4-hr Elective before June 10th of the license year.
