Getting started: background check
- Apply for Real Estate License
- www.ncrec.gov
- apply for broker license
- Create a New Login on the NC Real Estate Commission Website
- Apply for Broker License
- Order Your Background Check
- Once You Pass the Course and Background Check is complete, You can apply for your RE License.

Things you should know
- Pre License Course is to Get your real estate license, does not teach you to be a broker.
- Access to Learn Test Pass online with Text and information critical to getting your license.
- Do all of the quizzes at least 3 times
- Do all of the practice exams until you score 80% or better
- The end-of-course exam (Proctored electronically and requires complete quiet during the 4 hour exam). you need a score of 75% on the exam (Combined Score for National and State).
- Then you are eligible to take the NC License Exam
